Roasted tomato chutney...!!!



    Chutneys and dips are somewhat same thing but the only difference
between the two is the texture while chutney is coarsely of finely grinded as per taste, on the other hand Dips are finely grinded mostly and has creamy texture to it. Dips are commonly used for finger foods and appetizers, Whereas Chutneys are commonly used with meals or with Indian Snacks as well.
                 Chutney is a Sauce in Indian Cuisine which is in many forms like Tomato, Coriander , Radish, Onion ,Garlic, Tamarind, Jaggery etc. Whereas Dips are made of Mustard, cider vinegar, Brown sugar etc like mayonnaise.
   Today I am sharing my Recipe of Roasted Tomato Chutney with all of you,, Hope you Enjoy it..!!!


Ingredients-
5-6 Large Tomatoes(Roasted and mashed)
2 Green chili(finely chopped)
8-10 Garlic Cloves(finely chopped)
1 Cup Green coriander(finely chopped)
1 tsp Ginger(finely chopped)
1/2 tsp of roasted Cumin Powder(Jeera powder)
1/4 tsp Red chili powder(optional)
1/2 tsp Salt (as per taste)

Method-
Roast Tomato on Flame...


Chopped all the above ingredients like garlic, coriander, ginger and roasted tomatoes.


Add all things together in a Bowl add salt chili powder and roasted cumin powder , mix well and serve...





       Hope you enjoy this simple chutney with very common ingredients but I bet the flavors are not that simple, there is a burst of flavors in this chutney that make your simple food WOW...😋😋
